2015 NIGERIA ELECTION: GEJ PVC rejected by the card reader

We are getting report that the PVC of the number one citizen has been rejected by the card reader since he got to the polling centre. President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan PVC failed to authenticate for him to be verified as an eligible voter at his home town, Otuoke in Ogbia Local Governement Area, Bayelsa State.
Mr. President has finally been accredited with a fourth Card Reader.
